1. Cancellation
You may cancel your Premium account at any time; however, there are no refunds for cancellation.
2. Refunds
We will provide refund only when our service not work for more than 7 days. In the event that PDFCroppers suspends or terminates your account or this Agreement, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any credits, any unused time on a subscription and any license or subscription fees for any portion of the Service.
Shipping & Digital Delivery
FreePDF Croppers sells 100% digital services. No physical goods are shipped, and all deliverables (processed PDF files, signed download links, job summaries, etc.) are provided electronically inside your dashboard and via email notifications.
Because delivery happens instantly once processing completes, there are no shipping carriers, tracking IDs, or transit timelines. If you cannot access your processed files, contact us at contact@freepdfcroppers.com, and we will reissue the download links.
3. Refund Processing
3.1 Refund Review Process
All refund requests will be reviewed by our support team within 5-7 business days. We may request additional information or clarification during the review process. Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion based on the circumstances of each case.
3.2 Refund Timeline
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after approval
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed

4. Subscription Renewal and Auto-Renewal
If your subscription is set to auto-renew, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You are responsible for canceling your subscription if you do not wish to be charged for the renewal period.
If you were charged for an auto-renewal that you did not want, you may request a refund within 7 days of the renewal charge, provided you had cancelled the subscription before the renewal date.
5. GST and Taxes
All subscription prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST. Refunds will be processed for the amount paid, and any applicable taxes will be refunded as well, subject to local tax regulations.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have concerns about your subscription or payment, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and may affect your ability to use our services in the future.
7. Free Trial and Promotional Offers
If you received a free trial or promotional subscription:
- No refund will be provided for unused portions of free trials
- Promotional pricing and terms are subject to the specific offer details
- Cancellation before the end of a free trial will prevent charges for the paid period
