Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy
FreePDF Croppers provides digital-only PDF processing services. No physical goods are shipped. All deliverables—processed PDF files, signed download URLs, job summaries, and analytics—are generated and delivered electronically through your account dashboard and via email notifications.
1. Digital Delivery Workflow
When you start a processing job, our system immediately uploads your files, performs the requested operations, and produces the output PDFs in the same session. The delivery lifecycle is:
- Upload and start processing from any supported tool (Flipkart, Meesho, PDF tools, etc.).
- Monitor job progress in the dashboard or via live WebSocket notifications.
- Receive instant download links once the job completes—links are accessible in the UI and sent via email.
- Download the processed PDFs directly; no shipping carrier or tracking ID is required.
2. No Physical Shipping
- No parcels, courier services, or postal deliveries are involved.
- No physical invoices, discs, or printed materials are produced.
- All services are fulfilled within the application environment.
3. Access Issues & Re-delivery
If you experience trouble accessing your processed files (expired link, browser issue, etc.), contact our support team and we will reissue the download URLs:

Include your account email, job ID (if available), and a brief description of the issue so we can resend the files quickly.
4. Refund & Cancellation Alignment
Because delivery is instantaneous once processing finishes, our refund policy (see Cancellation & Refund Policy) is the governing document for handling service interruptions or prolonged downtime.
